Violence has it’s time and place.  We as a people should only use violence as an absolute last resort.  I completely disagree with the notion that violence is only for “barbaric people” who can’t use words to express their ideas.  Sometimes violence, war, and blood are the only tools left to a society.  They feel so oppressed that their voice is never heard.  These people get labeled as “extremist” by those who oppress them so others can oppress them even more.  Thomas Jefferson once said that the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Obama’s favorite president Abraham Lincoln said:

This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing Government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it.

Congressmen all over the country are getting the full brunt of the anger that is brewing in the hearts of America.  And many of these people (myself included) feel completely left out of the conversation.  With Obama calling on his followers to report people who disagree with him to Pelosi calling protesters un-American, you can see why people are getting even more angry.

In an effort to help out my fellow conservatives, I’d like to offer some thoughts and questions you should ask your Congressmen.  Let’s leave the chanting and the angry mob outside the town hall.  If you have the chance to ask your congressmen questions, use the opportunity to ask them the hard questions, questions no one wants to ask.  Questions that the media should be asking but are too scared or too lazy to ask themselves.

Congressmen ultimately answer to you.  Here are some hard questions to ask:

1. When GM and Chrysler were begging for a bailout, Congress reamed them for flying in on corporate private jets.  However, the House recently approved $550 million to upgrade their own personal jets.  Why should the American people approve these private jets for congressmen but not for taxpayer-owned GM?  Furthermore, what will you do to correct this?
2. Obama has consistently said that the health care bill will improve health care.  If this is the case, why has no congressmen agreed to go on the public option?  Will you mandate, and not ask, all congressmen who vote for the bill to use the public option?  Why or why not?
3. Obama has consistently promised that public option health care will give people a choice, and not force people to choose the public option.  However, page 16 (section 102) clearly states otherwise.  Who should we believe? The bill or the President?  If the bill, why haven’t you accused the President of lying to the public and when will you draw up impeachment proceedings like congress did for President Bush?
4. Obama fired Gerald Walpin, a special independent prosecutor, who found fraudulent activity between Obama and a supporter.  Why hasn’t Obama been charged with hindering prosecution, which is a federal felony?
5. Obama has consistently broken many of his campaign promises and looks like he will have to raise taxes on the 95% of the people he said he would protect.  What will you do to prevent this from happening?  Additionally, why hasn’t any democratic congressmen charged Obama with this very fact?  He said “lobbyist will not have a job in this administration” and no less then 24 hours later a lobbyist has a job in his administration.  Why are congressmen, especially democratic congressmen afraid to confront this president when they were not afraid to with the last president?

There have been many reports of congressmen filling the audience with unions who support Obama.  And many of these reports show that these union thugs have become violent toward conservative protesters.  Due to this fact, I am recommending any protester who has a gun to go armed.  You should be prepared to protect yourself.  Since the White House has even encouraged violence, I expect these thugs to be even more violent in the weeks to come.  Remember the rule of self-defense: Do not shoot unless they threaten you.  Virginians: Our state is not a retreat state.  You may stand your ground if you are being threatened.  Do not be afraid of these thugs but at the same time do not be afraid to defend your self.

Please respect all laws in your state when carrying a weapon.

The White House wants people to report “disinformation” to flag@whitehouse.com.  Barack Obama has even said he doesn’t want people who disagree with him to “do a whole lot of talking“.

This is nothing short of a desperate “President” trying to scare his critics into backing down.  But, hey, if he wants to get a whole bunch of e-mails, that’s his business.  I think We the People should report our neighbors for spreading disinformation.  And I say we start with the Obama supporters.

No doubt that this community activist has enlisted a large army of kool-aid drinkers into doing his bidding.  To level the playing field, we should do the same.  In the next week, I’ll be debuting a website where fellow conservatives can report Obama supporters.  Upload pictures of their bumper stickers (including license plates).  Use the Freedom of Information Act in your state to obtain their address, phone number, and any other identifying information.  That information will be publicly displayed for people to see.

Unlike the White House, this list will not be illegal since the information is publicly available.  What people decide to do with the information is not up for the state to decide.

There is no doubt that with an Obama win, people have been spending gobs of money.  It has spurred people to by guns for the first time for fear that the Obama regime would bar them from owning one.  Millions have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars just to get to DC to witness the inauguration.  There are reports that people are even going into debt just so they can say they were there!

Despite what Obama and his worshipers say, this is about race.  Plain and simple.  Obama said early in his campaign that race wouldn’t be in issue.  But if the man was white or even Indian, there wouldn’t be this much excitement.  It is the very fact that the man is AFRICAN that there is this much anticipation.  Frankly, I think anyone who likes Obama simply because he’s black is MORE RACIST thank the average KKK member.  I say this because if you follow someone blindly just because he’s one race, that makes you prejudice.

I also find it odd how the Secret Service outfitted the limos with increased protection.  Is it just me or is Obama receiving special protection?  How is this fair under the 14th amendment?  Why should he have a special level of protection verses any other president?  You can bet your bottom dollar that if this had been any other president, the limos wouldn’t have been upgraded.

The next four years will be about how a black president will lead this country.  Sadly, it won’t be about Obama.  America may have been ready for a black president.  But history will judge him first as black, then as a president.

Furthermore, you should only invest if you have the resources to do so. It doesn’t make much sense to invest if you have loads of credit card debt.  In fact, if you have credit card debt, use the money that you want to use for investing and put it toward your debt.  You’ll save far more in interest payments than you would make otherwise.

• Limit your 401(k) contributions to match your employer’s contribution
  This is only because you double your money right off the bat.  Some employers offer a tiered contribution where the first 5% is 100%, the next 5% is at 80%, etc.  You should do this until the percentage is less than 20%.  But if you’re like me, your employer will only match up to 3% and that’s it.  From here, consider opening a ROTH IRA.  401(k) will be risky if Obama uses them to hedge his health plan.  Regardless if you agree with his health plan, it carries risk.
• Open a ROTH IRA
  ROTH IRAs provide a tax shelter from your future investments.  Depending on Congress, some ROTH IRA contributions can be tax-deductible.  But this is often an exception and not the rule.  The benefits, however, are two-fold: any contribution made on into a ROTH IRA is post-tax.  Anything earned in a ROTH IRA is tax-free, provided that you follow the rules.  You can also withdraw your principle contributions at anytime without penalty or taxes.  Think of it as a checking account, except you don’t get to reap the interest until you retire.
• Avoid trading ‘in the open’
  By open, I mean a regular, non-tax sheltered account.  Use IRAs to avoid paying capital gain taxes that Obama is sure to implement.  If you can help it, delay selling your open stocks until after his regime.  Sell only if you’ve lost money to claim the tax credit.  Then be sure to use that money and invest in other areas, but within a ROTH IRA.
• Invest in green energy
  Buy NOW while prices are low.  You don’t have to believe in global warming to make money off of the idiots people that do.  Obama is a very green president and will spurn more green energy development.  Hold onto these stocks until you’ve made 20-30% on top of your investment and then sell.  Don’t hold onto it through Obama’s presidency.  You can expect a bubble in this market within two years of his inauguration.  You may consider dumping these stocks should something happen to Obama.  If Obama becomes incapacitated, Biden will meet lots of resistance from those in the defense camp.
• Invest minimally into nuclear energy
  Obama hasn’t said much about his stance on nuclear energy.  My gut tells me that he’ll prefer wind farms over nukes.  You may want to invest a small part of your portfolio just in case he changes his mind.
• Don’t buy health care stocks!!!
  If Hawaii is any indication, universal health care will bomb bigger than Gigli.  The health care market will be incredibly speculative.  So much so that I would avoid anything even related to health care.  If you are a risk taker, however, you can invest here but be sure to watch your investments carefully as they will plummet.
• Short coal
  For the same reasons mentioned above.  Obama is not a coal guy.  This market and the coal commodity will likely tank.  But, it will rebound when the world comes out of its recession.  Keep your ear to the ground for China.  If China starts moving, coal will go up since its cheap and their main source of energy.  When this happens, buy lots of coal but sell once it hits 15-20%.  You can bet your bottom dollar that Obama will tax this industry.
• Short and/or sell your defense stocks
  An Obama presidency will mean less defensive spending, which means a lot of companies like Boeing and Northrop Grumman will bottom out.  They won’t crash, but it’s worth taking advantage of it.  Keep your eye on this sector, though.  If Biden’s prediction is true and another terrorist attack happens on US soil, you can expect these stocks start to rise.  Be cautious though since Obama is not likely to use military action.  This rise will be a result of gut-reactions.  Be sure to sell after about 10% raise and then short again.
• Avoid bank securities and other secured money vehicles (e.g. CDs)
  You should avoid these for several reasons: under Obama, these banks will be heavily regulated. It will cost more money to operate a bank, which will result in lower return and higher time horizon.  If you want guaranteed income, consider US notes or bills.  They will provide a much better security and they are easily trade-able post-market.
• Purchase U.S.-backed securities only if you need guaranteed interest or if you need to diversify
  If you are nearing retirement, you will want to put more money into U.S.-backed securities.  This allows you to have an expectation of return and are relatively low-risk.  If you are off 10+ years from retirement, I would only invest in U.S.-backed securities if you need to diversify or if you don’t have enough money to open a ROTH IRA account.  Interest gained through these securities are usually federal tax free.  However, your locality may tax you so check with your local tax office.
• Donate at least 10% of your income to a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
  The benefits of this is two-fold: you get to help out a charity of your choice and you get a nice tax break.  You’ll be surprised how much money you save on taxes if you do this.  This also allows you to dictate where your money will go without the government getting their greedy paws on it.  Be sure to get a receipt, no matter how small your donation.  While organizations are only required to give you a receipt if your gift is over $250, it’s good to get one anyway in case you get audited.
• NEVER DONATE CASH!
  Cash donations are risky.  Always submit a check where you can pull up each check if necessary.  Even if you receive a receipt for cash, always submit a check.  This means avoiding the bell ringers, the on-street donations, and other impulse donations.  The charity will be better served if you go home, think carefully about your financial situation, and then give to your heart

I like to point out that I do expect stocks to rebound shortly after Obama gets inaugurated.  However, I think it will be very speculative and will only be a short-term occurrence.  Be sure to short before the bubble pops and you’ll be good to go.

Now, if by some miracle McCain wins, most of your pre-tax investments are relatively safe.  Your defense stocks are relatively safe.  I’d still invest into green energy because it’s still a hot issue.  But remember to expect a bubble.

• Prepare for tax time now!
  You can avoid paying a good chunk of your taxes if you take the time to do small things throughout the year.  If you volunteer regularly, write down your mileage before and after your trip.  Even if its only 2-3 miles, they will add up!  I saved over $300 last year from doing this.  You can also write off any parking costs if you do this as well.  Keep receipts and detailed mileage information.
• Read the instructions for the 1040!!
  You will be surprised how many tax breaks you actually can claim.  The average American is lazy, but complain that they pay too many taxes.  If you don’t want to be like them, read through these instructions.  Circle items that may apply to you.  This is the time to go through your receipts to find out anything that you may have done that you can write off.  Home improvements, capital losses, charity write-offs are all places to remember and keep an eye on.  Be sure to also document any business-related expenses that you were never reimbursed on.  You bought a pen for your office?  Write it down!  These add up quickly.
• Use tax software if you have to, tax professional if you must
  Remember that the cost of the software and any help you hire to file taxes is tax deductible for the following year.  But the tax breaks only offset the total cost by a small fraction.  Tax software can be helpful, but no software or professional will have the same information that you do.  They are only as good as your records!
• Keep an eye on tax software deals, specifically online
  Visit taxcut.com and turbotax.com regularly.  This year, there was one day that they offered both federal and state for free.  They are likely to do it again next year.

Keep these things in mind and you’ll be able to ride out Obama’s regime safely.  Even you can avoid paying taxes, legally of course.  Keep an eye on this blog for more tips while Obama reigns in DC.

The movie follows Maj. Ben Marco (Denzel Washington), a war veteran who begins to doubt what is commonly known about his famous army unit. During Operation Desert Storm, Sergeant First Class Raymond Shaw (Liev Schreiber) supposedly rescued all but two members in his unit, of which Marco was the commanding officer. While this made Shaw a war hero, gained him the Medal of Honor, and launched him into a career in politics, Marco and other members of the troop feel that while they remember that Shaw did rescue them, they do not actually remember him doing it.

Shaw is nominated to run for president in his party.  However, as the Marco searches for the truth, he discovers that his army unit was not ambushed but captured and brainwashed by the Manchurian Global, a global conglomerate with major political ambitions.

Because of Shaw’s heroic service, he wins the election.  But he realizes that his mother orchestrated the capture to put a sleeper agent into the White House that can manipulate politics to Manchurian Global’s advantage.  The film ends with Marco assassinating Marco and his mother on stage.

When I first suspected this, I initially thought I was crazy.  But as I began to see the general election come closer and closer, the pieces started falling into place.  And I realized, I wasn’t alone in my thoughts.

Here is my circumstantial evidence:

• In 1977, President Jimmy Carter signed into law Community Restoration Act. The act “encouraged” Fannie and Freddie to lend to minority communities. But it wasn’t until President Bill Clinton introduced his National Homeownership Strategy that put the act into overdrive, causing billions of dollars to go to people simply because of their race and little else.  Neither of these two acts included any level of oversight.
• In 2000, Vice President Al Gore and Governor George W. Bush fight a long election, which ultimately ends in Gore getting the popular vote, but Bush winning the electoral votes.  These votes were forced by the Florida Supreme Court in a split decision.
• One year later, terrorist attack the United States by flying commercial airliners into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.  One plane was diverted to Pennsylvania due to the courage of the passengers on the flight.  After September 11th, Congress authorizes the President to enter into Iraq to find Osama Bin Ladin.
• In 2004, Bush wins re-election, despite the Republicans losing majority control over the Congress.  New majority House speaker Nancy Peloski promises the American people that the President will be forced to withdraw troops immediately.  Barack Obama is one of the Democrats who replaced a Republican incumbent.
• In 2005, Democrats insist on a withdraw of forces in Iraq, and even attempts to hijack executive power by putting time limits on defense appropriations bills.  Despite having a majority and new democrats promising to end the war, they draft bills that give the White House what it wants.
• Between 2005 and 2007, Democrat controlled congress attempts and fails to force Bush into a withdraw timetable.  Congress receives the lowest approval rating in history — 12%.
• In late 2006, when the democratic party started their search for a Presidential candidate.  Hilary Clinton was considered to be a heavy favorite.  It was no secret that she had been thinking about a White House run.  Off in the shadows, however, was Barack Obama.  While his name was mentioned, many believed he didn’t stand a chance when pitted against Clinton.
• In 2007, other democratic contenders drop out, leaving Obama and Hilary to fight over the nomination.  Clinton begins to lose the large lead that she had.  Clinton points out her level of experience compared to Obama’s.  She says he’s not ready to lead.  In a matter of days, her popularity goes from ‘Paris Hilton sex tape’ to ‘Michael Jackson’s prosthetic nose’
• In early 2008, after fighting a very bitter battle, Hilary reluctantly gives up her run and throws her support behind Obama, even though she doesn’t think he’s ready.  McCain focuses the spotlight on Obama and his small resume.  Hilary fights back, even though he uses the same words she did during her run.
• Despite Obama’s lack of anything even remotely reflecting executive experience, Obama makes strong leads by being labeled “charismatic”.  Obama does well reading off teleprompters and refuses to do any ‘Town House Forums’ with McCain.
• As the market starts to tank, Obama blames Bush and his bad policies for bringing America to one of the largest recessions in history.  Obama doesn’t realize that this isn’t the largest recession in history and, of course, none of his followers correct him.  His followers also don’t correct the fact that Clinton started the catalyst, not Bush.  His followers further don’t correct the fact that Carter started the sub-prime lending market.
• Obama starts to equate McCain with Bush, showing McCain’s policies will just be Bush policies.  While that’s accurate, he fails to mention that his policies mirror that of Carter, who, again, started the sub-prime market.  His followers blindly follow him.
• Obama starts sharing his economic rescue plan.  Obama, being an expert in economics and market forces, suggests putting more controls on speculators and more oversight on 401(k)s.  Unrelated, the market tanks further.
• As Obama chants “We don’t need four more years of failed Bush policies”, people begin to believe him, simply because he still doesn’t mention the fact that Clinton and Carter started and exasperated the whole mess.  Obama also omits the fact that he has received more donations from Freddie/Fannie than the next top three politicians combined.  Obama continues to climb the polls as the market tanks.

With a politician who has little experience actually running something, with all the controversy that he has suffered, with all the bad company that he has associated with, Obama continues to be popular.  At this point, conservatives can no longer blame Obama for his misinformation.  At this point, conservatives must realize that there is a third-party at play: The Manchurian Candidate.

If we took Obama and McCain’s resume on paper, took off the names, and presented it to the American people, I am certain that Obama would lose.  But the question remains why he is so popular.  Why does America want a president who has very little to offer than ideas and rhetoric?  I’m becoming more and more convinced that the powers behind Obama’s campaign have actually realized the power of suggestion and have manipulated the public media into seeing only Obama’s good and disregarding his “indiscretions.”

The only reason I can see to putting such a low-grade politician into office is so that he can be manipulated into passing laws that benefit others more than the American people.  This explains why there are so many people determined to get fake voter registrations and why democrats are targeting the youth.

When a man can hide his faults, he’s considered a god.  When a man can admit his faults, he’s considered a leader.

I have yet to see Obama actually consider is lack of experience.  Until he does, he will never have my support or vote.  If he gets voted into office, as I suspect, I will campaign for his impeachment for lying to the American public.

For realz!

Of course, Obama wants to blame this on Bush, because that’s what democrats do best: blame the other guy. The guy won’t place blame on his party, even though they are in control of the House AND Senate, as they stated when Nancy Peloski took control of the House. Of course, every Obama nut job conveniently forgets this fact and instead blames Bush for his policies, under regulation, blah blah blah.

While I won’t get into the details, it’s clear that the problem started long ago, not in the last eight years. To further underscore this, let’s look at Europe. After the stocks in the US started to drop, economies in other countries started to suffer as well. Germany even stated that it would pump more money into their economy because it was floundering. One of two things is happening: Europe isn’t as regulated as we thought OR deregulation is not the problem.

Bailing out failing companies for corruption is bad enough. But I find it okay that they were suffering because a law forced them to make bad loans. People keep blaming the companies for greed. I completely agree. But when the cards are stacked and there’s nothing you can do about it, you might as well use it to your advantage. President Carter provided the deck, President Clinton stacked it, and President Bush is caught dealing the cards.

My question is why doesn’t the mainstream media talk about this? I’m convinced that at this point, Obama can eat a live human baby and people will say, “Aww! How cute! He loves that baby so much that he wants to eat him. That’s so sweet!”

Only in Obama World, does 1 + 1 equal banana, the sky is meatloaf, and unicorns and leprechauns provide free healthcare for all.
